SO WHO IS CARO?

An experienced Integrated Producer & Prod House EP, doing NOT NORMAL really suits me. I definitely ‘think outside the box’ having produced a lot of weird & wonderful stuff. Over the years I’ve chased an 8lb cheddar down a mountain, shot a chicken into space, outrun a shark, pranked a psychic & interviewed a tribal queen in Malawi.

My seasoned producer prowess, contacts and leave no stone unturned 'tude' can take any project from scribble to screen. I've accumulated heaps of know-how producing in far flung places like London, LA, NYC, Paris, Milan, Santiago, Miami, Cape Town, Malawi, Vancouver, Toronto & Montreal. So be it advertising, content, photo shoots, web series, activations, documentaries, micro sites, stunts or a hidden-cam stakeout, toss me that cray cray brief and i'll make it happen on time and budget. You’ll also get lashings of Not Normal talent and fun ‘tude thrown in for free.

SKILLS // FUN VIBES

Good producers wear many hats (& boy do I have hats). I've been known to nip n’ tuck XXL boxers, scout NASA & launch a micro site in one day. Understanding the worlds of production, social content, advertising, post prod, animation and VFX, my knowledge (and digital wand) helps smooth out all those pesky prod pot holes.

I'm bi-lingual (English & French), good natured, inventive, adaptable & awesomely diplomatic. I’m also totally blessed to have worked with fab blue chip agencies and production companies around the globe producing projects from teeny weeny to 2 million dollar epic’s.

Creatively minded, I love to dig into complex ideas and bring them to life. Paying it forward i’ve also offered my prod know-how on numerous charities/PSA’s: Greenpeace (Anti-Fur), Plan International (Against Child Marriage), MS Society of Canada, Colon Cancer and SickKids Hospital (cos it’s cool to give back right).

I’ve a steely eye for finding new & unique creative folks who dance to a different beat such as independent Film-Makers | Editors | Cinematographers | Documentarians | Animators | Media Magicians | Photogs | Writers | Graphic Designers & Artists. I’ll even find a Bespoke 16th century wood carver if necessary. So if you have a unique prod & lookin’ for fresh new blood, i’ll hook you up with some super cool international peeps. I’ve also acted as a development producer, writer and director on episodic documentaries, long format web content, teen programming & short films for broadcasters: Nova, Nat Geo, CFCF12, CTV Travel & Escape, UK Channel Four and Facebook. My areas of knowledge include: life-style, journalism, sexuality, sustainability, eco tourism, comedy and food.

INTERIOR DESIGNER // DIY JUNKIE

Slightly addicted to DIY and renovating houses, if i’m not producing i’ll prob be holding a Makita. From building websites to worksites, I’ve always had a lust for interior design, architecture and cool art. Inspired by nature, its tactile textures and pitch perfect color combos, I’ve migrated my knack for savvy producing over to interior design & project management. Whether it’s a fire ravaged Victorian rebuild, integrated garden walkway, party centric mega kitchen or bold black bathroom re-fluff, I come armed with smart ideas, detailed estimates & schedules, floor-plans, 3d renders and an awesomely talented crew to call upon.
